The Banhammer Cometh (to Botters)!
Remember the bot detector that went online during Oktoberfest? Some felt it was a bluff on Playa's part. A rouse to passively stop players from botting, which has been against the Term of Service since day 1.
It wasn't.
The system needed to collect data. It needed to be vetted, checking for false-positives so as not to ban actual players. Essentially, it needed a real-world environment for QA. That's done. The data has been collected, filtered and processed. Soon, the bans will begin in earnest.
If you're using a bot, it's (probably) already too late. You've been detected and will likely get banned. Stopping now and admitting guilt to the support line will see a reduced sentence.
Despite the numerous warnings against botting, Playa is going to be lenient. This time. If you're caught, consider the ban as "Strike Two."
You don't want a third.
